一、办公室主任:1名(某沿江外资高科技企业)

要求:年龄28-35岁,女性优先。形象端庄。常熟本地人优先。新闻、文秘或人力资源等管理类专业优先,大专以上学历,MBA优先。有5年以上行政人事管理经验,有较为流畅的文笔能力和计算机办公系统操作能力,有流利的英语听说读写能力者更佳,有较强的人际沟通能力,与社会和政府交往能独当一面,性格外向,身体健康。有强力的创业愿望,能与公司共同成长。

其他要求:上下班需自备汽车,能够独立开车在苏州大市范围内作短期出差。

要求:

3、对人力资源管理事务性的工作有娴熟的处理技巧,对人及组织变化敏感;

4、熟悉人事工作流程、熟悉薪酬设计、绩效考核、岗位培训、福利待遇、公司制度建设的制订与落实;

要求:

1、年龄30--45岁,大专以上学历,电子相关专业;

2、从事500人以上计划经理职务三年以上,电子行业优先考虑;

3、有计划体系化实际操作经验,熟悉计划管理各个模块;

4、熟悉企业的管理流程,有计划、储运、物料的实际管理能力;

5、熟悉ERP系统;

6、较强的团队建设能力,人际交往能力和协作精神。

六、品质管理部部长:1名(江苏亿通股份公司 年薪8万以上)

要求:

1、年龄30--50岁,大学以上学历,通讯、电子类制造相关专业,

2、8年以上质量管理实务经验,5年以上的主管职务。

3、具备公司产品所需的专业知识,接受过QC、QA、QE质量管理与相关知识培训。

4、具有电子系统质量管理部门的相关知识,能正确地判断和管理产线与市场的质量课题。

5、能以数值管理,协助判断生产制程课题,协调跟催改善责任单位进行对策。

6、3个月内全面整合现有部门内的资源,并完成部门建设,6个月内能全面制定符合公司的相关管理体系文件及流程,并能全面推行新的管理要求。

八、BD Manager——某欧美独资公司(常熟)

Main Accountabilities

1、Develop new customers in different applications (Chemical,Rubber & Electronics,Coatingindustries etc).

2、Increase sales volume with good price and payment term in the assigned applications/areas.

3、Understand customer need, market trend and competition status in the assigned applications/areas.

4、Achieve the sales team target.

Knowledge And Experience Required

1、Male or female with working experience > 5 years.

2、Bachelor degree of Chemical related subjects preferred.

3、Can travel frequently, 50% of working days.

Qualifications

十一、Mfg. Eng. Mgr——某新建欧美独资企业(常熟)

Principal Accountabilities

1.Monitor and direct day to day process development to ensure product quality, timely product shipments, continuing cost effectiveness and divisional profitability.

2.Assign and prioritize manufacturing engineering projects, tracking progress towards completion by following published timelines to attain maximum effectiveness of manufacturing engineering efforts.

3.Prepare and present project reports, test records status and weekly project reports to keep manager fully aware of activities and progress.

4.Develop and execute new manufacturing processes, tools and fixtures, and machine maintenance techniques to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

5.Evaluate new product designs, working closely with product engineering to achieve optimum manufacturing, high quality and lowest cost.

6.Development of production standards to establish a basis for cost and capacity analysis.

7.Determine capital equipment needs, write specification statements for equipment, and supervise installation and qualification of equipment to ensure equipment functions to meet specifications, and is delivered on time within cost requirements.

8.Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality and cost through Kaizen and Core teams to maintain profitability and competitiveness.

Required Education Background Knowledge And Working Experience

An extensive knowledge of engineering practices and principles as well as understanding scientific methods of problem solving is desired. This position also requires a working knowledge of QS systems, maintenance systems, purchasing systems, cost analysis, product design methods, interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate all of these skills to a productive cost-effective result.

十二、Lab. Manager——某新建欧美独资企业(常熟)

Principal Accountabilities

1.Guide the development of staff under their supervision to improve their skills and knowledge related to measurement techniques and methodologies.

2.Recommend methods for improving quality of finished product through the use of measurement and data analysis/disposition.

3.Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine gage R&R and capability studies.

4.Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost.

5.Confer with vendors, staff and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.

6.Formulate sampling procedures and designs and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.

7.Direct engineers and technicians engaged in product measurement, inspection, testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability.

8.Maintain the calibration and control system to the quality standard.Provide leadership in the design and procurement of necessary gages to meet program requirements.

9.Implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and defective or damaged parts, and assess cost and responsibility (as part of incoming inspection and internal data gathering events).

10.Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plans.

11.Interpret component drawings to incorporate into measurement system: thorough understanding of GD&T and datum/origin designation.

12.Maintain outside calibrations.

13.Assist as needed with incoming inspection, returns analysis, and production process trouble shooting via component dimensional verifications.

14.Documentation of quality control efforts and testing, including documenting and addressing NCRs and performing final QC checks prior to shipment.

15.Perform all other duties as assigned.

Preffered Knowledge And Experience

1、Associates degree and formal training in the use of CMM equipment and programming, or equivalent preferred.

2、Min ten years’experience in a metrology and Quality Control leadership role.

3、Strong gaging and metrology skill is required as well as corrective action knowledge with a proven effectiveness.

4、GDT training and experience required.

5、Certification or other documented evidence of training on calibration methodologies.

6、Excellent documentation and communication skills are required.

7、TS16949 Auditor Certification preferred.
