岗位职责

Responsibilities：1.Deliveruptosixclassesperacademicyear,eachclasstypicallyrequires3to4lecture-hoursand2officehoursperweekfora15-weeksemester2.Prepareandconductclasses,designhomeworkandsuperviseexaminations3.GuideTAsforrecitationclassesandgrading4.Maintainacoursewebsitecontainingteachingmaterialsandinformation职责1.每学年规定的授课量为6门课程，15周的学期中，每门课程基本需要每周3到4小时的授课时间及2小时的办公室答疑时间。2.根据指定教学大纲备课、授课，布置作业并监考。3.指导助教开设助教课，以及作业的批改。4.维护课程网页，该网页中应包括所有教学资料及相关信息。

Successfulcandidatesareexpectedtoteachbothwritingcoursesandhumanitiesorsocialsciencecoursesbutactualratiobetweenthesetwocoursesisnegotiableinconsiderationofthecandidate'sbackgroundandinterest.Whiletheareaofspecializationisopen,expertiseintechnicalcommunicationandinspecificdisciplinesnotcurrentlyrepresented-suchaseconomics,history,sociology,anthropology,andpsychology-isparticularlydesirable.ResearchfocusinChina,inareassuchaseducation,migration,urbanization,industrialization,andthecontextsoftechnologicalinnovationwillbeaplus.入选的候选人将教授写作课程和人文科学或社会科学课程。入职后，这两种课程负责数量的实际比例可以根据候选人的背景和兴趣进一步协商。在此我们提供了所需人才专业化领域的大范围，技术交流方面或其他未列出的特定学科，如经济学、历史、社会学、人类学、心理学方面的人才是我们尤其需要的。此外，研究集中在中国，方向包含教育、移民、城市化、工业化和技术创新的应聘者有额外优势。Candidateswithexperienceinacademicadministrationatuniversitylevelwillbeconsideredforanadministrativepositionwithreducedteachingduties.拥有在大学等级机构管理经验的候选人，将被考虑安排行政职位并减少教学职责。
