We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- To perform accurate and efficient cash and counter service duties and to offer a high standard of courteous service to customers.
- To satisfy customer need, required to be familiar with local rules and regulation to answer customer enquiry and provide good advice.
- To establish and keep good relationship with valuable customers by providing one-stop counter services. Act as an expertise and provide high level service to meet internal and external customer satisfaction.
- To be responsible for the internal and external return and reporting tasks by regulator or CNQ parties. Keep high reporting quality and feedback returns in time.
- To handle back office operations (e.g. account service, payment service) and back up counter roles when necessary.
- To handle office administration work including telephone operator, filing, faxing, correspondence, and paper work.
- To well balance service/sales process and risk control.
资历
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At least 2 years’ managerial experiences in operation area with strong sense of responsibility;
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding on local rules, regulations and internal guidelines;
- Sound analytic and reasoning skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills;
- Be able to work under heavy pressure.
- With cash handling experience, perfect use of excel/powerpoint
