黄山市2014年考试录用公务员体检工作有关事项的通知

根据省委组织部、省人力资源和社会保障厅、省公务员局《关于认真做好全省2014年考试录用公务员体检、考察、审批录用等工作的通知》(皖人社明电〔2014〕65号)精神,现将黄山市2014年考试录用公务员体检工作有关事项通知如下:

一、体检时间:2014年7月12日、13日。

二、体检地点:详见考试录用公务员体检通知书。

三、办理体检确认手续

1、请入围体检的考生(见附件)于7月11日携带本人有效居民身份证、笔试准考证(均为原件),以及两张网络报名时所提交的同底版一寸免冠照片,到黄山市政务服务中心(屯溪区滨江东路8号,市体育馆附近)市人力资源和社会保障局窗口办理体检确认手续,缴纳体检费用(男304元/人,女313元/人),领取《体检通知书》。窗口工作时间为9:00-17:00。工作时间联系电话0559-2355345(考录办),0559-2330639(窗口)。

如委托他人代办体检确认手续的,受委托人除携带上述证件外还须携带考生书面委托书、受委托人本人的身份证原件(并提供复印件留档)办理。因委托他人代办出现《体检通知书》遗失等问题的,责任由委托考生自负。

2、不按规定时间办理体检确认手续的,视为自动放弃体检资格,由此出现招录职位体检人选缺额的,按规定在同职位面试人员中依次等额递补。

四、体检适用标准

体检工作按照《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》(国人部发〔2005〕1号)、《公务员录用体检操作手册(试行)》(国人厅发〔2007〕25号)、《关于修订〈公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)〉及〈公务员录用体检操作手册(试行)〉的通知》(人社部发〔2010〕19号)、《转发国家公务员局综合司关于司法行政部门医学、心理矫正类职位体检视力项目执行标准的复函等有关文件的通知》(皖公局秘〔2013〕8号)等规定,以及省人社厅、省卫生厅、省公务员局《转发人力资源和社会保障部卫生部国家公务员局关于进一步做好 录用体检工作的通知》(皖人社发〔2013〕19号)、《转发人力资源社会保障部国家卫生和计划生育委员会国家公务员局关于印发公务员录用体检操作手册(试行)有关修订内容的通知》(皖人社发〔2013〕39号)等文件规定的标准和要求进行。其中,报考对身体条件有特殊要求职位的考生,身体条件应当符合《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》和《公务员录用体检特殊标准(试行)》(人社部发〔2010〕82号)的规定执行。
